Mövenpick Café Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg

While waiting for my trip to London which was delayed, I thought I would give it a go. I was not expecting too much, however I was amazed with the high quality food and services. Special thanks to Hany and Deniz for their amazing services. They were kind and very friendly and kept checking if I was happy with everything provided. I noted that they keep checking tables and clean it regularly as shown in pictures. I will definitely visit again if passing through Berlin Airport.

Nice little cafe in Berlin airport with superb quality of food offered. My partner and myself went there today and had two bowl of salads and yogurt/muesli and they were unexpectedly delicious. We used the priority pass, the staff was quite friendly and patient, and the experience was pleasant, unlike some comments said the service wasn’t good enough. Recommended to have a great time here before a flight. (Note: it’s located at gate A20 so it’s indeed a journey from terminal 2 gates, though it isn’t too bad by using the moving walkway)

Hands down- best service I have received in Germany! Kim was brilliant and knew what we wanted to order before we did (literally she paid attention before). Great at advising, smiling, nice and totally service oriented. Honestly this lady deserves a promotion!! You would have to look hard for someone so excellent at her job. Top notch! Even when our youngest son dropped his drink & apologized, they were friendly about it. We were frustrated by the fact that there is no Amex lounge but after a bit of research we found we could go to a lounge with our kids.

I have a Priority Pass and use it here at Möwenpick each time I fly from Berlin, 14 times in 2024 (so far). Thus I consider myself in a position to make an accurate review. What I will attempt today is to address some comments made by other reviewers. Cost - Yes, their prices have increased this year. But, hello!, this is an airport, not a discount grocery store. Airport food, worldwide, is always expensive. I have been to third-world locations where I said to myself, nope, I can't afford anything. Note that while Priority Pass allows me to purchase food also from Nu, another operation at the Berlin Airport, I find their prices even higher. Service - Not once have I personally experienced less than 100% friendliness and helpfulness by the various members of the Möwenpick staff. And while waiting in line I have never seen anyone else get poor service or be treated badly. Once as I was walking somewhere through the airport I ran into one of their staff, and she even recognized me and asked how I was doing. If someone feels they were treated badly, I suggest they think twice as to why that happened.
